Cadet.
Enlisted October 2, 1915 at London with 71st Infantry Battalion. He transferred to 10th Canadian Light Trench Mortar Battery for service in France and then for commission in Royal Air Force.
Presbyterian.
Born at Galt, October 10, 1897 and educated at the Public School and Collegiate Institute of Galt. Unmarried.
He was discharged February 6, 1919 and lives in Hespeler with his mother, Mrs. Alex Baird, Drawer M, Hespeler.
He served overseas from April 11, 1916 to January 10, 1919. He was wounded at the Somme on November 18, 1916 and at Hill 70 on August 16, 1917.

Born October 4, at Kitchener and educated at Kitchener and New Hamburg.
He was discharged March 26, 1919 and now lives in Waterloo.
He served for two years but was never wounded.
His father is Mr. A. Ludwig of New Hamburg.
