His home is in Kitchener.

He enlisted April 7, 1916 with the 135th Battalion at London. He transferred to the 125th Battalion and to the 5th Divisional Signalers and later to the Signal Detail work.
He served three years and one month in England and several months in Canada before going over.
He was discharged in August 1919 and lives with his wife and three children at 77 Lancaster St., West, Kitchener.
