Enlisted January 24, 1916 with the 111th Battalion, of South Waterloo.
He was transferred to 4th Reserve Battalion then to 18th Battalion then to Base as underage.
Presbyterian.
Born at Airdrie, Scotland, May 16, 1899.
He is living now at 119 Cedar St., Galt.
He served three and a half years in the army, two and a half years of which was overseas and sixteen months in France.
