Transcription
Dunker, Albert Edward Private. Enlisted March 23, 1918 as a gunner with 70th Battery. No. 3233347. Transferred to special service June 1918. Lutheran. Born at Kitchener, March 31, 1896 and educated at King Edward School, Kitchener. Single. He did not get overseas. He received a kick from his horse at Exhibition Camp, Toronto which made him unfit for overseas service. He is still in service at Spadina Military Hospital, Toronto. His father lives at 67 Charon St., Kitchener. James Batte, 69 Stanley St., Kitchener

Findlay, Charles McGinnis Corporal. Enlisted Feb. 1, 1917 with 10th Battalion Railway Construction Troops. Presbyterian. Born at Streetsville, Jan. 7, 1884; educ. Streetsville. Discharged March 4, 1919. He served 19 months in France and was gassed and shell shocked. He is living at 61 Charon St., Kitchener. James Batte, 69 Shanley St., Kitchener.
