Transferred to 1st Division 1st Battalion.
Presbyterian.
Born and educated at Ayr, Ontario, where his father, Mr. William Rutherford lives now.
He served thirty-three months overseas. He was once wounded and has received a military medal.
Teacher.

Presbyterian.
Born at Greenfield, North Dumfries and educated at Greenfield school.
After serving for two months in France he was killed on June 3, 1916.
His father, Mr. William Rutherford, lives at Ayr, Ontario.

He was discharged in 1919 and has returned to the home of his father, Mr. William Rutherford in Ayr.
He served twenty-eight months in France and was wounded at Vimy Ridge.
