Rutherford, George Sergeant. Enlisted in 1916 with 125th Infantry Battalion. Transferred to 1st Division 1st Battalion. Presbyterian. Born and educated at Ayr, Ontario, where his father, Mr. William Rutherford lives now. He served thirty-three months overseas. He was once wounded and has received a military medal. Teacher.

Rutherford, Harold Private. Enlisted in 1915 with 34th Infantry Battalion. Transferred to 18th Highlanders. Presbyterian. Born at Greenfield, North Dumfries and educated at Greenfield school. After serving for two months in France he was killed on June 3, 1916. His father, Mr. William Rutherford, lives at Ayr, Ontario. Teacher.
