Single He was assisting in carpenter work in aerodromes in England until armistice. Now making packing cases for shipping parts of machines. He was not called to fight. His father, Georgr D. Dahmer, lives in Conestoga, Ontario. Norman H. Dahmer, Conestoga, Ont. Brother.

Jonas, Ernest [clipping] 8 Aug ???? KW Record [image] Pte. Ernest Jonas Pte. Ernest, youngest son of Mrs. Jonas, who arrived home from overseas last week, has signed for service in the Pacific. Pte. Jonas enlisted at the age of 17 1/2 years and was overseas for 3 1/2 years. He served in Sicily, Italy and Holland. He is now on a 30-day leave after which he will report for rurther training for service in the east. A brother, Charles, is serving overseas.
