Cott, William Henry Corporal. Enlisted September 1 with Canadian Army Medical Corps and transferred from 71st Battalion to 51st Battalion to 44th Battalion. Protestant. Born March 6, 1878 in East Kent, England and educated in England. Married to Louisa Bucholtz and has four children. Discharged May 30, 1918 and is now living in Preston. He was mentioned in dispatches. Mildred Cott, Preston, Ontario.

Mizen, Walter Sergeant Enlisted October 11, 1915 with Canadian Army Medical Corps. Transferred from 71st Battalion to 118th Battalion. Baptist Born at Mitcham, Surrey, England December 8, 1881. Served 4 years in 2nd East Surrey Regiment. Came to Canada 13 years ago and settled in Kitchener six years ago as a florist. He married Amy Ruth Warren and has five children. He was discharged June 24, 1918 and is living at 177 Strange Street, Kitchener. Served overseas as a medical sergeant and corporal and was sent back to Canada as medically unfit.
