This church was built in 1880 and was then covered with red brick in 1889, which is the year noted on the building. The church was used until 1916 and remained closed until 1936 when Margaret Ross purchased it to be used as a personal residence. She resided in the building until her death in 1971. The building sat neglected over the following decade and was eventually deemed unsafe. It was demolished in 1981.
