Private.
He lived in Hespeler and enlisted with the 153rd Battalion, in the winter of 1916. He was transferred to another battalion when he got to France.
He was killed in the fall of 1918 before the signing of the Armistice.
He was one of the boys of the Coombe Home in Hespeler.
