Enlisted September 3, 1915 with 71st Battalion . Transferred to 118th Battalion to 2nd Canadian Pioneers to 47th Battalion.
Methodist.
Born 18th June 1896 at Chatham, Eng. Educated in England. Unmarried.
He was discharged January 22, 1919 and is living with his parents at 180 Benton St., Kitchener.
He went to France May 27, 1917. Wounded on Lens front July 1917 amd sent to hospital in England. Returned to France March 1918 to 47th Batt. and was again wounded during the big offensive of August 1918 on Amiens front. He returned home on demobilization.
