Enlisted Aug. 9, 1915 with 34th Infantry Battalion, C.E.F.
Roman Catholic.
Born at Galt, Ontario, March 18, 1890 and educated at Galt Separate School.
Single.
He has been discharged and is living with his mother, Mrs. J. Kelly, at 48 Oxford St., Galt.
He served at the Somme, Vimy Ridge, Ypres and in other battles in France and Belgium. He was wounded in his right arm and lost his leg at Vimy Ridge.
