Enlisted at Kitchener, December 24, 1915 with the 118th Battalion.
He was born in Canada and his next of kin is Mrs. Mary Musclow, 185 Ahrens St. W.,Kitchener.
He was transferred to the 1st Canadian Battalion.
He was wounded in his head and shoulder at the Battle of Passchendaele, November 8, 1917.
He was discharged on June 21, 1918.
