Rider, Alfred J.
Sergeant Major.
He enlisted as a Private on February 22, 1915 with 34th Battalion. He afterwards transferred to 75th and rose to the rank of Sergeant Major.
Roman Catholic.
Born at Weisenburg, Woolwich Township July 25, 1893 and educated at S.S. No.10 Woolwich. Single.
He was wounded twice, first in the left arm and right knee and the second time in the head, right shoulder, right side, right knee and the calf of his left leg was blown off.
He is still in Hospital.
His mother is Mrs. J. Rider, West Montrose, Ontario, R.R. No. 1.
