Enlisted November 22, 1915 with 71st Battalion and transferred to the 50th Battalion.
Church of England.
Born May 25, 1880 at Hammersworth, County of Middlesex, and educated in London, England.
He married Ann Elizabeth Rourke and has 6 children.
He was discharged March 15, 1918 and lives at 7 Shanley St., Galt.
He served 8 months in the firing line and was wounded at Vimy Ridge February 13, 1917 while bombing the enemy.
He was struck by shrapnel in the right shoulder.
