Lieutenant.
Born February 26, 1892 at Milverton, Ontario.
Methodist.
Enlisted with the Red Cross of 111th Battalion in March 1916 and transferred to the Infantry with Commission as Lieutenant.
He went overseas in August 1916 and was killed in action May 9, 1917. Somme.
He won the Croix de Guerre.
He was the son of Mr. and Mrs. Daniel S. Williams of New Hamburg and previous to enlisting had been teaching in Galt.
