Private.
Enlisted with 111th Battalion of South Waterloo and served two years in France.
He was through the battles of Vimy Ridge and Hill 70 and was wounded on one occasion in the leg.
He returned to Galt in February 1919.
He enlisted at Galt, September 16, 1916 and went overseas September 25, 1916.
He was born in Canada and his next of kin is Mrs. Emma Wolstenholme, 169 Hall Ave., Windsor, Ontario.
Since his return he lives on North Water Street Galt.
