Lieutenant William Ralph Bricker was born June 8th, 1894 in Waterloo, Ontario to Simon B. Bricker, a merchant and Sibella Nichol.
He enlisted Feb 19, 1916. He was an accountant/book keeper at the time, of Presbyterian faith his father was his next of kin. His father's address is only given as King Street, Waterloo. He was 5 feet, 10 1/2 inches tall, with a dark complexion, brownish grey eyes, and brown hair speckled with grey. It seems that he first enlisted with the 108th regiment, then moved to the 118th Battalion on August 21, 1916.
He passed away March 24, 1948 and is buried in Mount Hope Cemetery, Waterloo.
