A black and white print showing King Street, looking west. Street car tracks and overhead electrical lines can be seen. A street car is visible in the background. The image appears to have been taken at the intersection of King and Frederick Streets, looking west down King Street. The Berlin Post Office is visible on the left in the foreground.
Based on a search of city directories in the Grace Schmidt Room, A. Weseloh Boots and Clothing was located at 45 King Street East from 1901-1911, but moved to 42 King St. East in 1912. It is believed that this image is dated between 1905 and 1911. The street railway was electrified in 1895.
The print is glued onto black scrapbook paper.
