This brick, gothic style house was built in 1855. Previous owners of the home include William Hespeler and George Randall, owners of Granite Mills, and Moses Springer, a former mayor of Waterloo. The property, which the house is located on, once stretched back to Silver Lake in Waterloo Park. The house is currently occupied by Albert House International Furniture and Gifts.
