Following the war, Victor moved to the United States. He crossed the border to the United States at Buffalo, New York, on February 13, 1917.
Victor married Josephine on April 18, 1934 in Savannah, Georgia. His wife was born February 25, 1898 in St. Nazaire France.
Victor and his wife lived in Miami Beach. Victor worked as an accountant. They had no children. Victor died in February 1968. His last place of residence was Martin County, Florida.
