Soldier Information Cards - World War One

Houghton, Peter W.
Sergeant.
One of the few soldiers of the first contingent to remain on duty in France after the close of the war.
He has been all through the heavy fighting and has won a Military Medal for bravery. Also a D.C.M. (Distinguished Conduct Medal)
He was wounded September 5, 1918 with a Gun Shot Wound in the head.
His wife, a Frenchwoman, lives at 115 McNaughton St., Galt, Ontario.
